Therapeutic or Relaxation Massage

General Swedish Massage techniques modified to individuals prefered style and pressure tolerance. Complementary services such as aromatherapy, ultrasound, acupuncture, cupping, heat or cryotherapy, kinesiology taping, TDP or IFC may be integrated into your session if indicated.​

Therapeutic Massage

A massage integrated with any of the following: 

• Acupuncture

• Ultrasound

• TDP heat lamp

• Kinesiology taping

• Deep cryo therapy wrap

• IFC electrotherapy (pads are an additional $10)

• Cupping

Medical Acupuncture

(Single Treatment/No Massage)

Painless application of thin, sterile needles into into specific anatomical sites along neurohormonal pathways to inprove body function and promote natural self-healing processes. TDP or electrical stimulation may be added to enhance physiological effects. NOTE: Medical acupuncture services with an RMT are covered under Insurance policies as "Massage therapy Services".

Reflexology (Feet or Hands)

Standard reflexolgy session involving the hands or feet. Heated foot wrap and aromatherapy integrated for a relaxing experience.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated basalt stones are applied and massaged across specific sites of the body to promote relaxation, detox and open up meridans, improve circulation and release tight, achy muscles. Aromatherapy integrated to heighten relaxation effect. Full body treatment includes arms and anterior legs.

Indian Head, Face & Scalp Massage

Ayurvedic treatment involving the application of warm, aromatic oils to specific marma points on the face and scalp to relax and rebalance nervous system, reduce stress and nurish scalp and face.
