Clinic Procedure/COVID-19 Protocol

 

  • We are located at 510 Jones Rd. N. in Stoney Creek situated between Fifty and Fruitland Rd. on the Lake side of the QEW off the North Service Rd. Trinity Therapeutics sign is posted beside the front door. 

 

  • Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. No more than 5 minutes early please. 

 

  • Parking is available in the driveway if there is space or on the road. At the beginning of each month (1-15th) on the house side of the street. At the end of the month (16-31st) on the opposite side of the street.

 

  • Please use FRONT ENTRANCE unless otherwise instructed.

  • If instructed to use BACK ENTRANCE, it is located at the back of the house. Follow the concrete pathway on the left side of the house, walk through the wooden gate into the backyard (A Trinity Therapeutics sign is on the gate) and you will find the direct entrance to the back spa room located immediately on your right, off the back deck next to the glass patio sliding doors. The door is clearly marked with a doorbell in place.

 

  • While masks & specific COVID screening will no longer be required for clients prior to their appointments, we respect the fact that everyone has varying health considerations and comfort levels. If you would like to continue to wear a mask, we would be more than happy to provide you with one. If you would like your practitioner to wear a mask while treating you, please feel free to request this and we will be more than happy to accommodate.

  • In an effort to keep everyone as safe & healthy as possible, please speak to us about rescheduling your appointment should any of the following circumstances be applicable to you…

    • You are feeling unwell or are experiencing health symptoms

    • You have travelled outside of the country within the past 14 days

    • If you or someone in your household has tested positive and is recovering or has recovered from COVID within the past 14 days

    • If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to a confirmed positive case of COVID &/or are under cautionary isolation/quarantine advisories

 

  • All facets of your appointment including COVID-19 procedures, assessment/health history review and pre/post preparation and payment will need be completed WITHIN your scheduled appointment time frame which may translate into reduced hands-on treatment time. 

 

  • Contactless payment such as Debit/Credit Card TAP or Email transfers would be our preferred methods of payment at this time trinitytherapeutics@gmail.com (PW not required)

 

  • NEW CLIENTS: If you wish to fill out the health history and consent forms prior to your initial appointment, you may find them below. The SUBMIT button has been hit or miss. Please print out the forms and bring them with you for your appointment. Or send as an attachment via email to trinitytherapeutics@gmail.com. All correspondence is protected under privacy and confidentiality clauses. 

 

  • PET ALLERGY ALLERT!! Although our four-legged family members are not permitted within the clinic room, there are felines and a lovable canine living within the premise. Please advise of any serious pet allergy concerns prior to your appointment. 

 

Prior to your initial treatment, you will fill out a health history form and informed consent will be obtained for the assessment and ongoing treatment. All information will be kept confidential and safeguarded at all times. Orthopedic testing may be conducted to pinpoint specific areas of concern. You and your therapist work together to create a personalized treatment plan which will suit your individual goals and expectations and honour any modifications to ensure that therapy remains safe and comfortable at all times.

 

Your privacy will always be respected as you undress to your comfort level and only the area being worked on will be undraped at any given time. Open communication ensures that therapy is performed within your pain tolerance and the opportunity to ask questions, verbalize concerns, voice preferences, retract consent or modify/stop the treatment will always be extended.

 

Following treatment, your therapist may prescribe home exercises or hydrotherapy to compliment your progress. Future assessments will verify that goals are being met and treatments remain comfortable and effective.
