Thai Massage

Thai massage combines gentle, yoga-like stretching with massage of the muscles, tendons, pressure points and energy lines.  Passive stretching done throughout the body allows for deeper stretches and optimal range of motion. Thai massage is facilitated on a floor mat allowing the therapist to get the body leverage necessary for the postures and stretches used. Clients are to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Benefits of This Centuries-old Treatment

could meditate for hours.
