Amy Mills, M.OMSc

Amy is a passionate & newly Registered Osteopath bringing over 17 years of experience working in the Natural Health Care Field. She started her education as a Holistic Nutritionist in 2002 & has continued working in Natural Clinics, Pharmacies
& Doctor’s offices as a Consulting Nutritionist. Over the years Amy has continued her training in Fertility, Thyroid functioning, Weight-loss, Bio-Therapeutic Drainage, Personal Training & much more. 
Her desire to explore manual therapy as a way
of healing has led her to complete her education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. The rigorous training of over 4400 hours
& additional 1000 hours of supervised hands-on clinical training gave her the opportunity to work with a vast variety of body types & both physical and mental disorders. Amy is also a member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association of Ontario. 
Amy lives in Grimsby with her husband & two children and enjoys an active lifestyle which includes hiking and spending time at the family cottage. Amy will be offering Osteopathic Services at Trinity on Thursdays from 10 am -
7 pm.
